I started my journey as a collegiate athlete, driven by discipline, competition, and the desire to push my limits. But like many athletes, I faced unexpected setbacks — including a torn ACL — that forced me to rethink how I approached my body, training, and overall health. Those challenges taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of listening to your body.
I’ve also faced personal struggles with weight, and I know how frustrating and discouraging it can feel to try again and again. Through peptides, education, and family support, I lost 45 pounds, rebuilt my confidence, and discovered a sustainable approach to health and performance. That experience shaped how I approach peptides, coaching and wellness — with empathy, understanding, and real-world experience.
Along the way, I trained in Peptide corporate management and customer-centric leadership, learning how to create systems and programs that truly serve people. Today, I bring together performance science, business strategy, and genuine care to help others achieve their goals — whether it’s weight loss, bodybuilding, or anti-aging and longevity.
